Just what I'm thinking about

Monongahela River

Today was the most beautiful day of the year so far with fair skies and a temperature of around 70 degrees. I celebrated by running on the Heritage Trail that runs along the three rivers of Pittsburgh. I ran from the 10 street bridge to the Hot Metal Bridge and then across into southside and up the other side of the river back to the 10th streert bridge in just under 30 mins (3.65 miles).

The Dukes are playing in the first round of the NIT tournament tonight at Virginia Tech. I am unable to go because of a mandatory PA meeting. It should be a tough match up but I'm hoping we can surprise this ACC team and advance!
